Shipping

Pat Racks™ products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicate to us during the ordering process (or to a Relay point if the shipment is made to a Relay point). For parcel tracking reasons, it is impossible for us to deliver orders to the bases or other premises of the Armed Forces.

Parcels are sent by Colissimo, Colissimo Pickup or Chronopost.

Preparation and shipping of orders:

The announced deadlines are calculated in working days and can be processed from the same day of the order provided that it is validated before 12:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

The times indicated here correspond to the times for processing, preparing and shipping your order (exit from our warehouses). They run from the validation of the order and its full payment validated. To this time, you must add the delivery time of the carrier (Colissimo / Relais Pickup / Chronopost).

For an order consisting of several products and containing a pre-order item, the shipping time for this order is then based on the longest shipping time. However, Pat-Racks.com reserves the right to split the order into several deliveries, at no additional cost to the customer.

Any item available in stock is dispatched the same day (for any order validated before 12:00 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). In all other cases, availability is specified on the product sheet and may vary between 3 and 30 days depending on the type of products ordered.
